The Company e-mail and Intranet access may not be used for transmitting, retrieving or storage of any communications of a discriminatory or harassing nature or materials that are obscene or "X-rated". Harassment of any kind is prohibited. No messages with derogatory or inflammatory remarks about an individual's race, age, disability, religion, national origin, physical attributes or sexual preference shall be transmitted.
No excessively abusive, profane or offensive language is to be transmitted through the Company's e-mail or Intranet system. No gambling on the intranet will be tolerated. Electronic media may also not be used for any other purpose that is illegal or against Company policy or contrary to the Company's best interests. Solicitation of non-Company business, or any use of the Company e-mail or Intranet for personal gain, is prohibited.
Our policy prohibits the sharing of user Ids or passwords obtained for access to Intranet sites. All communications sent by employees via the Company's e-mail and Intranet system must comply with all Company policies and not disclose any confidential or proprietary Company information.
No unauthorized downloading of any unauthorized software will be tolorated.
The Company must approve all software downloaded. No employee may use the Company Intranet facilities to deliberately propagate any virus, worm, Trojan horse, or trap-door program code.
Employees or Clients using the Company's e-mail and/or Intranet system may not transmit copyrighted materials belonging to entities other than this Company.
